Contacted several realtors. Marc was the first one to respond... and the only one to respond with a personalized video message (good touch, impressive). Wasn't pushy with follow ups. Was my first selling of a house (my Mother's house after she passed) so I needed all the "hand-holding" assistance I could get. The Photographer, Tessa, made the house look great & inviting! The house sold in 12 hours from the moment Marc & FC Tucker got it listed. Not to say that'll happen for everybody; everytime, but it was pretty amazing and noteworthy. Everything was explained, in detail, every step of the way... helpful & very responsive... all the way to the day of closing. If I ever need a Realtor, in the future, Marc is the only Realtor I'll ever use. Can't say enough good!
